Keeping it up for five years is the job. Care is hosting, monitoring, nightly backups, patching and the small changes every business needs — run the same way I run my own systems.
Who this is for
- Your last developer disappeared, and nobody now knows where the site is hosted or who holds the domain.
- You need a price changed or a page added and there is no one to ask.
- The site has never been backed up, and nobody has ever tested restoring it.

How it works
Care is presented as part of how StromTek Inc. builds and runs a site, not as an upsell at the end. A site nobody is watching eventually becomes a site that is down, or defaced, or quietly broken in a way that costs enquiries for months before anyone notices.
What it covers: the site is hosted and served, uptime is monitored from outside so I find out before you do, backups run nightly and are kept off the machine that made them, certificates renew themselves, and the platform underneath is patched on a schedule rather than after an incident.
On the two paid tiers, changes are included — prices, hours, staff, a new page, a seasonal banner. You email, it gets done, and there is no minimum billing increment on a five-minute job.
Your site is hosted in your own accounts — usually Cloudflare Pages or DigitalOcean, with the domain at Cloudflare — so Care is a service performed on infrastructure you own, not a seat on a platform I control. That is deliberate. If you ever stop paying me, nothing switches off and nothing has to be migrated: you change the password and carry on.
