Who this is for

  • You pay Wix, Squarespace or GoDaddy every month for a site you still cannot properly edit — and you would lose it entirely if you stopped paying.
  • You have a WordPress site held together by a dozen plugins, and every update is a gamble on which one breaks.
  • You have no site at all, and the business has reached the point where that is costing you enquiries.

What you get

  • Custom design — no template, no page builder
  • Statically built: no database to hack, nothing to patch weekly
  • WCAG AA contrast and keyboard access, checked before every deploy
  • You own the code. Take it anywhere, any time
  • Bilingual EN/FR with real French URLs — from $1,800 more

How it works

The site is built as static files. There is no database sitting on the public internet, no admin login to brute-force, and no plugin stack that needs patching every week. That is why the pages load in a fraction of a second, and it is most of the reason they stay up.

Accessibility is checked rather than claimed. Every colour pairing is contrast-measured against WCAG AA, everything works from the keyboard, and every image carries alt text — the build fails if one does not. Under the AODA, Ontario organisations with 50 or more employees already have WCAG obligations for their public websites; smaller businesses do not, but the customers they lose to an unusable site are just as real.

When it launches you get the repository. If you ever want to take it to another developer there is nothing to extract and nobody to ask — it is a folder of files any competent developer can pick up. That is what "you own it" has to mean to be worth saying.

A bilingual build is a genuine second version of the site, with French URLs a francophone visitor would actually search, correct hreflang tags, and a switcher that keeps a visitor on the same page instead of dropping them at the French home page. Professional translation of your copy is not included — and I will tell you honestly when a draft is not good enough to publish.
